Terms and Conditions
Clear terms for enquiries, configured equipment and engineering projects.

01. Who we are
PRODRIVE EV LABS LTD is a Ghanaian private limited company incorporated on 9 June 2025, company registration CS133080625. Our business includes automotive research and development and engineering services. Business correspondence: info@pev-labs.com.
These terms cover this website, enquiries and orders. An accepted written quotation or project agreement defines the particular work. Mandatory consumer rights take priority; project-specific terms apply only where lawful and agreed before commitment.
02. Choosing a kit or engineering service
Vehicle classes and imagery describe possible applications. Compatibility, component selection, installation work and approval needs depend on the individual vehicle or site. A requested power figure is a design target, not a verified motor rating. Continuous and peak power are different; the selected equipment and its operating conditions must be identified in the specification.
The agreed scope should identify motor and inverter, battery energy and voltage, charging, cooling, retained systems, mechanical adaptation, testing and documentation. Vehicle condition, axle loads, intended use, range and budget inform that scope. No universal fitment, range, payload or performance guarantee arises from a catalogue image.
03. Enquiries, quotations and order acceptance
Sending an enquiry, saving a basket or requesting an order does not by itself reserve stock or create an accepted sale. A receipt acknowledges a submission. Acceptance occurs when we expressly confirm the order or both parties accept a project agreement.
Before commitment, the offer must state the specification, inclusions, exclusions, currency, price, applicable taxes, delivery or installation charges, quotation validity, payment schedule and expected timescale. If information or pricing is incorrect, we will seek agreement on a corrected offer rather than silently substitute terms.
04. Prices, payments and deposits
Prices appear only when provided for the relevant configuration. Online payment is available only where an approved payment option is enabled for the order; otherwise payment arrangements follow the accepted quotation. A requested configuration or budget does not change an existing price automatically.
Any deposit, procurement commitment and milestone payment must be stated before acceptance. We will explain what has been earned or committed if a project ends; no blanket non-refundable deposit term overrides statutory cancellation or refund rights. Never send card credentials, PINs or passwords through an enquiry.
05. Changes, lead times and delivery
Changes to the specification, price or schedule require agreement. If inspection reveals corrosion, damage, undocumented modifications or unsuitable installation conditions, the consequences must be explained before additional work proceeds.
Delivery and completion dates are those agreed for the order. We will communicate a material delay and the available options. Shipping, customs, destination requirements and responsibility for collection must be itemised where relevant. Report missing or damaged goods promptly with the order reference; this does not remove legal remedies.
06. Cancellation, returns and refunds
For eligible electronic consumer transactions in Ghana, section 49 of the Electronic Transactions Act provides cancellation within 14 days of receipt of goods or seven days of concluding a service agreement, without a penalty; the direct return cost may apply. Statutory exceptions include goods made to the customer’s specification and services begun with the customer’s consent during the service grace period. An exception to change-of-mind cancellation does not remove remedies for faulty or misdescribed supply.
Contact sales@pev-labs.com with the order and cancellation request. We will confirm the applicable return instructions and refund position. Do not dispatch high-voltage batteries without agreed transport arrangements. Where ordered goods or services are unavailable, applicable statutory notification and refund duties remain in force.
07. Warranty, faults and aftercare
The written order must identify the workmanship and component warranties that apply, their duration, start date, coverage, claim procedure and any lawful exclusions. Different manufacturers and configurations may have different cover; no single warranty period is promised for all products on this website.
Report a suspected fault with the order reference and a description of the symptoms. Keep the equipment out of use if it may be unsafe. We will assess the issue and explain the available remedy, including repair, replacement or refund where required. Manufacturer cover supplements rather than replaces rights that cannot legally be excluded.
08. Vehicle and site responsibilities
Provide accurate ownership, condition, use and project information, and disclose known defects or modifications. An agreed intake record should identify the property, condition, permitted work and collection arrangements. Responsibility for inspection, registration amendments, insurer notification and authority approvals must be clear in the project scope.
Do not use a modified vehicle on public roads or energise an installation until the required inspections, commissioning and permissions are complete. High-voltage work requires competent personnel and an appropriate safe system of work. Website imagery is not an installation guide.
09. Website use, intellectual property and data
Use the website lawfully. Do not submit malicious material, interfere with security, impersonate another person or access employee systems without authority. Browsing does not transfer intellectual property rights in our branding, software or engineering content.
Project drawings, source files, licences and ownership of commissioned work are governed by the agreed project terms. Customer-supplied material remains subject to its owner’s rights. Our Privacy Policy explains personal-data handling.
10. Responsibility and matters outside our control
Each party remains responsible for obligations imposed by law and the accepted agreement. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricts mandatory consumer remedies, or turns a safety obligation into the customer’s sole responsibility.
If an event outside reasonable control affects delivery, the affected party should notify the other, limit its impact and discuss a revised plan or lawful termination. Such an event does not automatically extinguish a refund entitlement.
11. Complaints, governing law and updates
Send complaints to info@pev-labs.com, identifying the order or project, the issue and the resolution sought. We will investigate and explain our response. You retain access to relevant regulators and courts.
These terms are governed by Ghanaian law, subject to mandatory protections and jurisdiction rights that apply to a particular customer. Website updates apply prospectively; they do not silently rewrite an accepted order. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining lawful provisions continue.
